Pouilly Fuisse ‘Au Bourg’ is entirely unoaked, showcasing intense stone fruits and minerality. Meursault sits at the opposite end as the richest style; tropical, oak-aged, honeyed notes and hints of toffee. Yet all are full-flavoured and fantastic with food.
